Cars Tags, Etc.

Atsuko and I spent the day getting stuff with the car setup.  First, we went to State Farm to see about insurance.  The guys there were great and helped out a lot in getting us a deal since we had been with State Farm in Arkansas through my parents' insurance.  Second, we had to go and get our new licenses.  One hour and forty-five minutes later we had temporary licenses.  We don't actually get our plastic for two weeks.  After that, it was off to get tags for the car.  Washington has you put plates on the front and back, but we don't have mounting on the front.  Not sure what we will do.  All-in-all we were working on things for six hours today.  Atsuko couldn't go to work because it wouldn't have been worth it to drive there for an hour.  And through it all, we also found a neat little conveyor belt sushi place,

  1. Was the food good at the sushi place? I have seen them on TV, but didn't know they had them here!

How was the log "thing" you went to?

  2. The sushi place was good. The price added up quickly, but it was still pretty cheap and we left full.

We didn't actually go to the log show, just a cook out for it at Atsuko's co-worker's house. The food was good.

We also went to Borders yesterday. We had a 33% off coupon and $5 in Border Bucks that we weren't sure how to use. I ended up get a $30 book for %16.50 after all the discounts :)
